Once i'm in the flow of reading I don't stop till i'm tired.

North or the river is generally fine, but I think Avondale is a tired, old and relatively run down area I generally try to avoid.

David, when i said is it a good time, i was referring to the negative population growth in Akron and the decline in Industries (rubber, tires ext.) that give the feeling that the city's future is "behind" her.

Positives: You have frustrated tenants, which means the landlord might be sick and tired of the business (Good for you!)
