I would guess the tub was installed 10-15 years ago and is likely fiberglass.

I am guessing the JP probably doesn't like John/Jane Doe evictions and wants the proper person served.   

I'm guessing the original poster doesn't have any funds saved  but wants to do this anyway ? 

I guess my only concern is if they just park it there, never move it, then never pay.

I guess part of my post is fueled by the amount of post I read on here where the people are 10 years younger then me and make a post about "I've hit financial freedom, I am now officially retired!"

Rehab costs, until you've done this dozens of times, will probably exceed your initial guesses 9/10 times because you can't always see everything that needs attention before getting your hands dirty, lol.

I guess I assumed the property would be an investment.

I guess it would be better to say he didn’t lose as badly as he could have, as would have been the case had the judgement been found for the plaintiff.

I guess the question is what is the concern for your purpose?
