Hello, I have been investing in real estate for about 3 years and have always just purchased off of the MLS I am now wanting to branch out and try to get organic leads.

I’m a firm believer in that before one masters any creative or wealth building strategy in real estate investing, they need to master three things; (1) real estate PRINCIPLES, (2) real estate LAW, (3) real estate FINANCE.  

I think when people talk about putting title of a real estate to an entity like LLC or C Corp etc, they may not realize that it is important to point out that this strategy works only when you own the property "free and clear".

Coastal erosion is real. 

And to be honest, I would have preferred Rodeo Real Estate but that's just me.
