Most lenders I've spoken with say that he's re-terming a DSCR loan, but what he says his loan does is not the same as DSCR.

@J Nicholas Gross, there's a bunch of different aspects to this I'm happy to discuss with you. 

I am open to a lender/partner that plays a more active role in the company with me, but a lot more discussions would have to be had about who would do what before any decision could be made in that regard.
