So this woman disregards our letters and our calls for a year, doesn't show up for the court mandated mediation session, doesn't propose any sort of agreement, skips paying her first mortgage.. but is portrayed as an innocent victim.After all, we were just trying to reduce her payment by half and wipe years of arrears payments!

This group is geared towards fix & flips and is headed by a RE Agent, who's been in real estate for 15 years & an investor who's been active for 20+ years.To make a long story short, they've proposed to help newbie investors by helping us get access to multiple lines of credit (ie. credit cards) through a third party credit consulting agency.

I proposed to my investing partners that one of them should get a RE Salesperson license, sign up with my brokerage on a referral basis, and then I can pay the Investing business a referral fee for any closed listing business from the Investing leads.
