If you understand that and are hoping to just offset some of your expenses in owning a home then I see no greater place for appreciation and wealth building other than South Florida.

Some previous deals I shared came out to be complete duds!

This is a great place to learn, ask questions, and network.

My mind is blown by all the creativity and we're lucky that we're in Milwaukee and from my experience, most people are very willing to share their brain with you.

I have a property that brings in ¼ the revenue of my Nashville place but will likely prove more profitable thanks to no city taxes or fees.- Cash flow: Gross earnings are quite high and more importantly, home values continue to rise year over year.

Obviously I don't have much to offer currently in terms of local knowledge but I love connecting and sharing info and plan to be a valuable and helpful part of the investor community there. 

Inventory in both places is low, and we all know rents are going up making it possible to have a decent cashflow in both places.

There isn't a place in the MSA that I would tell you to avoid. 

So I would find an inspector that knows their limits as an inspector and also one that lets you know how they are keeping up with their education so you know if what they share is current.
