I was resourceful at obtaining capital, but by doing a side hustle to come up with the initial capital, and by doing massive amounts of homework and being able to show exactly how things work on spreadsheets, and with a full business model, I was able to find a couple investors.

The 110v dryers are useless unless they are a heat-pump model ... then it's debatable.If you have limited space, you would be better off with a 24" "apartment sized" stackable laundry where the "dryer" is a condensate ... or better, heat-pump - model that requires no venting.
