Compact Washer/Dryer Experience?
I have a new property with 2 apartments. One of them has a washer/dryer hookup, the other does not. I am trying to come up with a way to add laundry to the unit without.
Does anyone have experience with the compact units? The washers hook up to the sink. The dryers are 110V.

Yes, I have one sitting in a garage if you are interested. The portably washer / spinner units are tolerable if not used frequently. The 110v dryers are useless unless they are a heat-pump model ... then it's debatable.
If you have limited space, you would be better off with a 24" "apartment sized" stackable laundry where the "dryer" is a condensate ... or better, heat-pump - model that requires no venting. Some of your manufactures like Bosch and Blomberg make models where the dryer supplies the power receptacle for the washer, so there is no need to run a separate 110v circuit.
