I also arranged a meeting with another agent and investor at one of his prospects to see the analysis first-hand for a flip. 

I do not see anything posted, but I did go to the most recent MEREIA meeting.

He took my info and says he will call me later to meet at the property.  

Are there any recommendations for contractors/builders that could provide an estimate/schedule and/or material list for similar work done.
