My main concerns is building a buyers list before making any offers on properties.

My main interests are in "flipping" properties as I own a small interior residential remodeling construction company.

(I am looking a homes that sold for above $300k in the last 3 years...)I am mainly looking for an idiot check on the numbers to make sure I was not way off-base.

The main bath is small (just room for toilet, sink and tub) with no windows and backs up to master half-bath also small with a window.

Main St. 1213 Bowen St. 820 Dove St.

So along with a full remodel of everything, a new septic / or possibly tie into the main city sewer, and new water lines / or new wells dug.

So the main question is why are so many people going after this program.

I'd be especially concerned about areas that have a strong retirement component.

on the page it list the county vs the persons name then a list below of the owners name which i assume is who they have loans on the house with these are foreclosure-tx if that makes any difference..so my main question is there anything i can do about getting in a postion to maybe buy the house if i wanted
