Hello, my name is Joe Shively. I joined this website/forum to further my learning of the real estate world and to make new connections to further my real estate goals. My main interests are in "flipping" properties as I own a small interior residential remodeling construction company. I would like to learn about financing and acquiring larger apartment complexes.
