I've read numerous books and listened to many webcasts, but have never seen it spelled out.So the houses are leveraged with 15% downpayment at 5% interest with the lender.

Hi All,Have not posted in about a month or so now, but I have been listening to podcasts, finished a couple of books, and have analyzed and looked at many deals in the Tri State Area.

The other thing would be to listen to the BP or other real estate podcast.  

For the last few months I have been reading up on investing as well as listening to the BP Podcasts.
