Yes, you buy a home then refinance a year later and pay the fee again.

Heard dogs barking inside.  3 days later filed petition to evict against previous owner.  

@Dana Browning I wouldn't do it just because I like to streamline things, and if I do something for one owner differently than I do for others, it confuses me later

Sooner would certainly be better than later given the high cost of rent around here.

So I asked him about this matter a few days later and he said he would check into it.

From what I have heard and read, there will rarely be ANY appreciation in the foreseeable future after buying through a Turnkey Company (because the person who later buys off you won't have the same assurances from you as you are supposed to have from the Company you bought from, so will be pushing for a discount).
