Cigarette Smoke remediation
Hi guys,
Has anyone ever used thermal fogging or an ozone machine to get rid of the smoke smell? If so, did either or both work well? Looking to get a place rent ready but was previously lived in by a heavy smoker.
Thanks!
Ricay

I ended up buying an ozone generator off of craigslist for a flip I did.(You can see it in the picture SEE HERE.) Looks like you're in Denver; you can borrow my machine to try out if you want.
Another thing I did was scrub the walls in TSP from Home Depot. The soot/tar whatever was running down the walls. After rinsing them and letting them dry, I used BIN primer to seal it in. Nasty stuff, but it worked.
I was there 2 months later and the smell had not returned.
