Ya kipping pull-ups I still don’t totally agree with them but whatever..I’m not hard-core but thanks to Crossfit I’m in the best shape I’ve been ever.

I realize these are probably simple questions but other than what I read I've really never been around anyone who has ever done it.

Saw a post a while back about getting leads from attending some estate sales and wanted to see I found anyone has ever had any success or has closed on a wholesale deal from going to an estate sale!

Anyway, has anyone ever had a property or lived in a home that had baseboard heaters?

No one is ever 100% covered, but you want to cover what you feel most vulerable. 

RUBS sounds like it's worth learning more about, but as far as I've ever known, all Cook county landlords pay for water. 

Anyone on the forums ever invested in something similar? 

I actually have been working with the largest of the companies (Invitation Homes...who has gone through quite a few mergers recently) running their acquisitions and dispositions out here in Colorado for the past 4 years.

Maybe at the 5 month time show them a few affordable choices and let them go ahead and pick.Be sure to follow through with what ever time frame you give them.
