Jersey City seems to have much better rent-price ratios at much more affordable entry prices.

Please if anyone know friendly wholesale title company in North Jersey please share some information or any knowledge towards this wholesaling business.

I use Preferred Realty in Elizabethtown and I think they are good and know what they are doing, but they are terribly unresponsive to email (which is important to me).I've been interviewing Harrisburg Property Management Group and am thinking of using them for my next property, but I obviously don't have direct experience with them yet.So, neither one is a slam dunk recommendation for you, but at least gets you some data points.I'm curious what draws you to invest in Hershey while you live in New Jersey?

I have a client who is in the process of selling an investment property in Miami and is looking to 1031 into a property in New Jersey where she currently resides.

I just was discharged from the USAF where I served as a heavy pilot flying C-17s in May of this year (2023)I am now an active realtor with KW (license no. 2331741) and am on here to connect with folks interested in the South Jersey area for investment real estate. 

My short term goal right now is to buy a duplex or triplex in Jersey City, Journal Square area near the path train.
