I've spoken with a bunch of REITs, real estate funds and hedge-funds, but at that point its a game of numbers on a screen.Don't mean to come off arrogant, because trust me I'm the furthest thing from it, but I really am confident that I can be a great addition to a growing, close-knit team.If anyone wants to hop on a call or meet up for a coffee or a beer, I would love to chat.

And it all had to do with thinking outside the box, and understanding the different intricacies of each piece of the game, and how they interacted within the real estate puzzle.Here is the short of it--my team put a package of 9 properties under contract for $300,000.

Don't know exactly why, but it is much more fulfilling to be able to interact in these discussions instead of just being a by standard.
