New guy in North Carolina
Hello everyone! My name is Michael Glaspie. I am starting the process of purchasing my FIRST rental property. My strategy will be to buy and hold and This unit will be a multi-family tri-plex if the deal goes through.
Im looking to own over 100 properties in the next 15 years. Right now i have built a team to include a CPA, RE Attorney, Insurance Agent, RE Agent, and Property Manager.
I am using multiple resources for education and referencing as well as attending local RE meet up groups, etc.
My main questions revolve around financing. I am not savvy on finding ways to generate capitol besides finding partners. Ive looked into wholesales as a way to produce enough capitol to buy and hold new properties.
If anyone has any advice for a beginner, or any tips on financing please lay it on me.
Mike
