I had a particularly good week I picked up 3 infill lots in my target market this week so I am set for a few months now.... paying double what I could have bought them for when I first came to town.. but our finished product is selling for 75 to 100k more than we would have sold the same house for 18 months ago , so spreads are still very healthy for us.I would like to get another deal in OLD mt.
