Don't be alarmed if you see a bunch of small crack in the foundation on the ground or garage area.  

There could be asbestos, there could be knob and tube wiring, there could be wiring without grounds, there could be a fuse panel.

I ran into an issue, trying to find a company for "Ground soil treatment" before pouring concrete ....so far I was not lucky with regular fumigation companies from craigslist, they don't do give the certificate needed  for the inspector, any leads?
