"best" solution for pool popped out of ground?

I'm finally looking at my first distressed seller deal. The #s look pretty good "except", the pool has popped out of the ground.

What to do with the pool and how much?

Break it up, fill it in.  Poke holes in bottom, 7-10 truckloads of dirt for a typical 15x30.  My guess, $3,500(+/- $2,800).
