I have until May 2022 until I graduate and I currently am in a great area paying $965 + utilities for rent.

I am about to graduate college within the next year and am looking to become a real estate agent.

My name is Hayden Wright I graduated from the University of Houston this past May and began my first full time job about a month ago.

If it goes well for you, after you graduate you can stay in the area and keep renting it out to college students. 

Further, in the last six months I've been battling with feeling like I'm wasting my time in school since my current post-graduation plan was to start as a RE agent anyway (I'm in the process of getting my license while I'm in school) so the timing of this opportunity is strangely convenient.Any thoughts regarding how I should go about making my decision?

What type of tenants live in the Clinton subdivision (students, graduates, ect.)?

@Cheryl MackHello Cheryl.I was a University Toledo Graduate, Toledo does have some great schools. 

I've been doing a lot of studying and I'm currently waiting to graduate Highschool so that I can get my diploma and become a real estate agent (a diploma is needed in FL to become an REA).

And now that I just graduated and started to work for a tech company in the Bay Area, I was given the option of contributing to my 401K.

I don't have it attached to a broker yet.It was something I always wanted to get since graduating college, more than anything, for my own transactions.
