Any investor out there in the greater Toledo, Ohio?

Hello all!

Myself and a business partner have just started investing right over the border in Michigan, just north of Toledo Ohio. We're currently finishing up our 2nd flip of the year and will be closing on a 3rd property in the next week or so.

We're currently in flipping mode for the short term to generate some capital and maybe escape of W-2 jobs. But would like to transition to a more BRRR type strategy in the long-term

We're just starting but out but we're extremely driven, hungry for more and very knowledgeable in both residential and commercial construction.

Just wondering if there's any local investors on the forum!

@Zeke Liston

Nice to meet you Zach, but as a UofM fan I won't be investing much in Columbus!

BRRR's our are long term goal. We tried to BRRR our current property but we're being begged by agents to sell it, and it'll sell at a premium in our market at the moment.
