The house is in Arvada, CO and is in the #1 school district in Jefferson County.

The place is now scheduled to be completely rehabbed back to the studs, 2 acres, semi-rural & great school district etc.

Williamson county is one of the best public school districts in the country and people want to be in that county.  

Currently in Pensacola area now going through flight school.
