I'm always curious/amused why some folks think TX is paved in gold with riches in abundance.

I would expect that the bank will require an operating agreement, especially with four members (mine did and I am the only member).

You can not buy a pot of gold for a penny.

@Jacob Branch   when you make a post on BP like this you mine as well put a big target on your backYou will soon get in no particular order1. response from west coast marketing folks stating that they only invest out of state so you should live were you want and invest were it makes sense IE were they make a commission2.
