He tells me he would actually like to start selling all of his properties, He starts telling me the ones he would like to sell first and how he does not want to list them with a real estate agent.Some of his properties are prime, fast food chain's, bus station, funeral home and office space near the court house.I bought Kent's "Find Cash Buyers now" But almost all the people listed on it work for a real estate company.

There may be exceptions for minor holders of a business interest, like less than 10% as there could be profit sharing and the like where such people don't participate in the day to day activities.

Don't know how the NM H/A works, but you just advertise and Sec 8 voucher holders apply using the voucher as qualifying income.
