Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Make sure you have a conversation with an experienced Banker/Loan officer before you make the move.

When looking at some of the properties through our real estate agent the last month, I'm seeing some on the market being offered less than what is was sold for (some purchased mid to late last year which is interesting and now put back on the MLS).  

I've done my fair share of research, but I believe that having someone experienced to bounce ideas off of and receive feedback from would significantly accelerate my learning curve.I understand that relationships aren't one-sided, and I'm more than willing to contribute and assist in any way I can whether it's lending a hand with your projects, sharing resources, or simply providing updates on my progress.

Hi, I am seeking advice/insight from an investor or agent who has been through a commercial real estate closing with seller financing. 

I am an investor-friendly real estate agent based out of Denver, CO. 

In multifamily more than anywhere else you will find it very very hard to get anyone to lend to you unless you are already filthy rich, have done a very large number of single family deals, or you have someone very experienced signing on the deal with you.

But it's just like the other two lead sources in that if you keep after them you'll eventually find one.I once experienced both in one stop.

I would advise finding an experienced PM to partner your company with if you are serious about managing properties and growing.
