This lead to 3 years of very profitable success as a real estate broker, until having made some highly profitable deals I decided to quit the real estate “business” and concentrate on “investing” full time.Biggest “TAKEAWAY”: Most business owners and most sales people have a hard time turning down ANY piece of business.

I really thought that was who I was already dealing with but it's not.  

Spending your (I assume) hard earned capital to invest in a place for others to live is a big deal.

If you want to use this as collateral for future deals, you will need to finance out of the SBA loan later, or put more money down on a conventional loan 5 year term/20 year amort up front.B.
