Hello BP community. I have been a real estate broker for 20 years now. I spent many years personal flipping homes and then most of my career helping investors buy and sell. I have been out of the game, personally, for too long and ready to get back. I am very intrigued by the BRRRR method but my skills and expertise still lie in fix-and-flips.
