Hi James,Did a quick Google search and found this pretty thorough article on the subject:https://www.certifiedps.com/cps-blog/why-should-i-list-my-property-manager-as-an-additional-insuredIf you don't feel comfortable with it then you can always speak with other property management companies in the area to see if they require this as well.

I wouldn't feel comfortable taking on more debt right now until we know more about how difficult things will get, and lenders will likely make it harder for investors, anyway, like they did in 2008.
