Real estate can be a block-by-block business and if you can see value where others can't, you'll have that advantage.  

Hi,I'm quite new to these forums, and wondering how to go about blocking people, so that I no longer see their forum posts and they are unable to contact me.I can turn off notifications for the particular thread where they are commenting, which is good. 

Interestingly, the guy describes his house as a 6 or 7 out of 10 – but then explains it’s a 25 year old house, with no upgrades, original cabinet, worst landscaping on the block, water damage, and a hole in the garage.

Where I'm going with this is will you eventually run into a road block on the refis when you reach a certain number of them?

Just purchased a 3 family 3 blocks from UB near the beach that cash flows decent .

There are exceptional agents, but they work their butts off, never let things get into their way (mental blocks), stay focused, and have the determination it takes.

Hardly occurs all at the same time, so they stay the same white color.

I'm going to Staples to get yellow paper printed with red font does the font color matter for marketing purposes or is black & white ok?  

It's located a few blocks north of main street, and things are expanding rapidly.
