Who would you recommend as a coach?

Brad moved us from a 'Coach' retirement to a 'First-Class' retirement.  

Mentorship is basically coaching or professional advice.

I will do my best, I coach a couple of youth basketball teams. 

I turned him on to a MF coach because I felt w/his background he could leverage the coach's experience and credibility in raising capital for MF deals.

It's commission only for a reason.Tom Ferry, a prominent RE coach, floats that 87% of all agents fail and other sources state the average 1st year agent sells less than 2 homes their first year in business.   

It seemed like during that time any type of way to get into the REI scene as a novice was to sign up for some $20,000 guru/coaching seminar, which I could not afford then nor can I afford that now.
