Hi I really need help on this, I have a C class rental, we need to replace the shower and the size is very unique, then there has to be tile on the wall and floor.Any recommendation for the type/color of tiles on the shower wall and shower floor?

It depends on your risk threshold, what kind of deals you can get, and your opinion on the future of interest rates.Personally, I prefer home equity loans (fixed interest, fixed term) in this environment as I have ample deal flow.

Start looking at and analyzing real estate (in the asset class you will be buying): the easiest will be a condo, then a SFH, then Duplex etc  (decide what you like and then know it : how much is it selling for, price per square foot for fixer, or finished home etc ) Figure out retail market: then go after anything that is 15% to 20% discounted.

I recommend to stick to A/B class areas only.
