What should I ask at my first real estate meetup

It's my first time going to a real estate meetup and I'm not quite sure what to say and what I should ask when I get there, and I'm also not sure what usually is done at these meetups. What advice does anyone have for someone who's enthusiastic but at the same time clueless in his new environment
