Kind of like turnkey for notes.. it helps keep our volume up so we are closing notes every week..

I have no clue as to how good it is or is not or how much it may cost.although I have been around a lot of different HOW TO guys over the years.. and like anything.. if he sells 100 people on the big dog program 10 or so will take it and run.. 10 or so will muddle the rest will just kind of fade away.you have to look within and see if you are in a position to succeed in real estate... its not as easy as just taking a course and your now going to succeed... real estate generally speaking takes time,, money and some how gain experience. so for sure those that have limited investing capital limited experience.. no real contacts in the industry.. will find it pretty tough to almost no way anything will happen other than get jacked up at the event.Assess were your at personally.. 

Sorry for the delayed response, this week I have kind of been all over the place.

What kind of checklists should I go though especially since I have never done this?

Those questions are random, and probably not the best questions, but may provide me with some kind of outlook to what path may be suitable for my goals. 

Also, many basements this works well because it's kind of easy to section it off from the rest of the house while work is going.It seems like your costs are pretty high to be honest but I don't know what you're dealing with. 

While experienced investors have occasionally found the 'diamond in the rough', it takes a lot of looking, knowing where to look, having extensive contacts (of the right kind), and the knowledge and experience to recognize the real deal.

Do you have some kind of expertise that warrants this?

Kind of strange no one has come forward on these properties to cash in or do something with them.
