I strongly recommend you get J Scott's "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs" available here on BP. 

Pretty standard safe stuff with not nearly as much upside l, but hopefully less downside too. 

I've followed a google help to setup a wix hotels to handle it for now but it just doesn't look right, it shows bookings and is super confusing for tenants.

From what I've read i suggest you read books and forums on portfolio loans and commercial loans.

While it's not lucrative and only 1-2 spots are booked for the majority of the year, that's been without any real emphasis on doing this as a business.

Every day I wish I had "opened up my eyes" and picked up a book instead of an extra shift at work in my 20's after college.
