Looking to Invest $100K in a Multifamily Property in FL
I am relatively new to real estate investing and I am sitting on a large amount of cash (about $100K) that I want to invest into real estate here in Florida. Thus far I have rented out my first house which is a single family home before moving and I currently own my second single family home. I am looking to buy a multifamily property, either all under one roof or several units on a piece of land, such as a mobile home park. I am not sure where to start as I only know how to obtain conventional home loans since I live on the property myself. I am curious about different financing options with reasonable long term interest rates for a starter property that doesn't involve owner occupation. Any useful advise would be helpful.
