However, a couple blocks North on the other side of the Fall Creek river it is a rough neighborhood.

I had to treat the floor with odor neutralizer and paint it with odor blocking primer.

Baltimore neighborhoods except the ones around the harbor can be hit or miss, block by block.

One of the only detached properties on the block, hardwood floors (needed finished), large bedrooms and amazing fenced in corner lot.

Great location in a up and coming neighborhood. 1 block from the beach with lake views. 

Just a few blocks to the west a house with the same number of bedrooms sold for $155k with lesser square footage.
