Currently owe: 18000

Value after rehab: 65000

Address:

734 Spring St.,Alton, Il 62002

House built 1887

Needs all updates including roof

3 bed, 1 full bath (tiny though), 1 half bath of kitchen, unfinished basement built with stone ( low 82 inch ceiling)

It's prominently rentals for two blocks and then nicer homes.

What would be your strategy? I'm ready to do something now with it and move into a tiny home!
