First post and just stepping into the vast world of real estate.

If you have enough equity another favorite option is to buy one with cash and one with maximum leverage so you have the best of both worlds. 

I randomly bought @Brandon Turner's The Book on Rental Property Investing, which did two things for me - 1) it opened my eyes as to what was possible in the world of real estate investing, and 2) it introduced me to BP and the great community of real estate entrepreneurs that tell their inspiring stores.

Real estate is the greatest thing in the world!

Will be renting my personal residence out soon to grow my money and enter the world of tea estate investing.

From there I also acquired two additional investment properties and want to help others dive into the world of real estate.
