It get's pretty boring, no matter what the school promises.

I found out through tax records that the owner of the home is actually the father of someone that I went to high school with, so they're not total strangers.

Most of the zip codes south of the river and close to downtown have higher crime rates and lower rated schools.

It's time consuming, and I felt like a kid in elementary school with a cramped hand.

 Hi all, I'm curious to hear some opinions on finding a balance between going to school, getting a part or full time job, and investing in real estate.Currently I go to school full time and my wife is in the navy.

If you can keep saving for a couple more years until you are out of school and can work full time, you will have a tremendous head start on 99.9% of investors.  

You get access to people not willing to just sell their house at a discount(wholesaling) but also can earn commission from regular sellers which you can test different marketing strategies on.The school I am looking to for my license is chamberlain.

My wife and I have purchased a tiny house so we could travel for her residency (she's in medical school).

with paying city, county and school taxes, it's hard to get things to cash flow here. 

I've been looking in a particular area I like but everything is under contract due to what I presume is the season and ease in renting to students who will be looking in April/May for the 2018-2019 school year.Thanks for any help/advice.
