I think it's for rich n famous to hide.

For minor work (i.e. quick exterior repair), I probably wouldn't bother notifying them.

There are a lot of costs that go along with owning a house, and if you forget to take something into consideration when running the numbers you can be in financial trouble quick. 

Tom Wheelright (rich dad advisor, cpa) has quite a bit to say about using 401k/IRA for real-estate investing.

All these guys are very rich, but they didn't start off that way, they got off their butts and outworked everyone else.Step 9: A year or two from now, once you've grinded your butt off, learned the business and saved as much as you can, you will be able to start really investing your own money in real estate and may learn other options to get started sooner using OPM!!
