We meet once a month, and it's usually packed to capacity in the back of a large pizza place.

I downloaded @Seth Williams 's contract pack and have been using a cancellation clause based on what is in his template. 

I'd first see about just having them get out, I'd only offer cash if I couldn't get them out without them destrpying the place, they could be packing, or, better yet, might be gone.....get over there.

The people actually stay in an RV on the property at times.

That being said, there are a number of improvements we are thing to make to it and I wanted to get some opinions on whether the return would be worth it.(1) cement side drive way that would work for RV parking or extra vehicle?

I've read before that small towns that are basically operating "only" as a military town can suffer greatly if the military decides to pack up and leave.

People in NYC are packed in so tightly together that it's like a giant petrie dish.
