Air Conditioning Contractors in Columbia SC

I am considering buying a rental/flip house in Columbia SC but it comes without an ac unit. It has duct-work but no unit. It is 1100sf so I am thinking of a 2-3 ton ac unit. Does anyone have any recommendations for honest contractors in the Columbia, SC area that I can call for quotes? I would also be interested in finding good plumbers and electricians in the area who have fair prices. Also for those of you who do not know anything of the Columbia area, what would a fair price be to have a 2, 2.5, or 3 ton ac unit installed in your area with existing duct-work. Thanks in advance.
