I just bought a seller financed property in Dunn from a person that I previously trusted.

I'm coming up on my two year mark in my primary residence and I'm debating if I should keep it or sell it.

They are now requesting an addendum stating that each person is responsible for their own rent, and payments are not mutually exclusive.
