@Juan Chavez A/Bs would be areas like Shadyside, squirrel hill, lawnreceville, bloomfield, mexican war streets, and even some areas in the suburbs like Cranberry Twp, Wexford, upper saint clair, etc.

I'd attribute 95% of any price changes to the Wharf, which brought a lot of restaurants and entertainment venues to an area that was downright sleepy, and was planned many years before the soccer stadium was announced.

@Stephen DeThample I was looking based on location, I feel that a lot of servers/bartenders out here tend to rent , especially near a lot of bars, stores restaurants etc.

Yeah, I'd say a steak dinner (depending on prevailing restaurant/covid regulations!) 

San Pedro- touristy and lively, ocean, restaurants, entertainment (stop at the "Truck Stop" for family fun; it was for sale).Belize City- Don't stay longer than 30 minutes.Belmopan- Capital, not much going on.Placencia- this is about a 20 mile peninsula about 400 feet wide. 

I have many years experience working in hotels and restaurants from front desk clerk to restaurant manager.

My biggest concern for my tourists when I had my B&B was finding restaurants.

Shops & restaurant.

The other two restaurants onsite are great as well.
