@Kody Bybee I think @Remington Lyman sold more Columbus properties alone in the last 6 months...if you are including SFR and MF it feels like the numbers are low...on market MF transactions are pretty low in Columbus....there were 567 MLS MF transactions in Columbus in the last 6 months...nearly 17,000 SFR in the same period...I don't know...is it possible that only 1% of all inventory is purchased by out-of-state buyers....

The inventory is very low, therefore, it's challenging finding and landing great deals but I'm still optimistic and looking every day.

Any informed or educated investor in San Francisco would never let a condo sit vacant because a condo (in most cases) is not subject to rent control as @Yonathan Randolph correctly pointed out.The guidance we have shared with many of our clients during Covid-19 is to be aggressive with the pricing of their condos because of the one two punch of both anemic demand and high inventory in this property type.
