Here is an awesome site to see others who are doing it and its a great place to brainstorm and bounce of others- of like mind. there is so much info on this site to consumer. learn. and keep going forward. the only direction. 

Rather have one stove to replace or repair than two very old appliances that will be time consuming and probably expensive to find! 

Doesn't matter if your loan is a commercial loan or a consumer loan.A payment history from a servicer is accepted as they have no significant vested interest in any payoff.

It is time consuming but I just hate the look of the 70's paneling.

Consumable supplies, such as cleaning supplies, will be provided by contractor unless otherwise noted by mutual written agreement of owner and contractor. 3.  

I'm just looking at it mostly from the consumer's pov.

I have been sitting on the side lines and consuming all the information I can grab through books, podcasts, and the like. 

Sure, these people may want to help out other people but this could become time consuming.
