Introduction to me!
I've been a real estate agent for 25 years, and owned a large real estate firm for 7 of those years (with a property management division in addition to sales).
I've recently started a new consumer-focused real estate brokerage that offers flat fee services and buyer rebates. I hold the (largely) unpopular view that times are changing, and so must the out-dated commission structures of the past.

Hi Joe,
With some digging, they do exist, especially in the outlying areas of Seattle, such as Snohomish and Pierce Counties. http://commercialmls.com is a great resource for taking a look around. The rental rates are soaring around here now, as is the case in many areas.
