Wow I'm terribly sorry to hear that.  

Freeport factors in some but it would be a terrible commute to hurlburt or duke field.

Any investment can become TERRIBLE money losing investments if you don't know what you're doing.

Is this a terrible idea???  

Just make sure you inspect property daily during clean up efforts and wow what a terrible thing. 

Some will be terrible, some might be exactly what you're looking for.

@Will Stahl, I started with PPC with lead propeller in Aug. 2017 because It seemed to generate faster results, I -so far-spent a total of about 10K on the campaigns and  made 3 deals with net of 40K, I'm leaving money on the table because I don't have enough buyers on my buyers list so I sell to other bigger wholesellers, but I'm working on that now.I had to stop for couple of month because of Harvey and travel an that was not the right thing to do (should've kept it running on low budget).The traffic the last couple of months is terrible (a lot of visits to the website with no submissions)  but I was told that this Is because the changes Google did to Adwords.all in all, happy but there are some shortages on my side I need to address

My mom put in drought resistant plants on the perimeter and sand in her front yard, and it looks terrible, to me...but many people on her street have done the same. if you are gonna live there...just cover it with mulch for now. and spend your 5 grand on something more important.

But the returns were terrible.
